Register to this site and rcv calls from several companies?!

I signed up for this site thinking it was a no-nonsense help site and I am receiving calls from several other companies claiming I filled out online applications with them and gave them my phone number. I have received at least 5 calls in the first hour after signing up for this site! What a scam! Has anyone else had this happen to them? This site selling their phone numbers to other debt companies!? - Frustrated.

I am so sorry this happened to you--but I can tell you that I have been a member of this site since 2006 and have never received one phone call like that, so it's not us, trust me!! Have you perhaps registered anywhere else?
