How would one go about bringing suit for this? Small claims court, hire a lawyer, etc????

Thanks OhioGal. I have visited the site before, however, I don't have a lot of trust in it. Any lawyer and fill out the paper work and say they handle this type of case law and in reality, they can have no experience as there is not a vetting process.

I have started to search through PACER to search for cases that involve this type of complaint and similar suits to find a lawyer.

I will let you know how it turns out.
