can you send validation letter to original creditor?

i was wondering how to stop original creditor from sending to c/a over and over again?i tought if one was sent to them then they would have to stop.

Under the FDCPAct, no UNLESS the original creditor is using the letterhead of an attorney debt collector.

As far as other laws, such as state laws, if you have any. Some states have collection laws that apply to original creditors, as far as stopping them from passing it around, I doubt any state has laws for that.
