okay so none of them are listed on the Licensee Database, so they are illegal. I don't want to seem like I am trying to get out of them, but for the most part I have paid all of them back the initial amount I borrowed and it is just out of control!! Have you ever heard of the Company Relief LLC? I was going to use them to consolidate them but I am very hesitant about it.

If all of your lenders are illegal I wouldn't advise hiring a company to deal with them. Due to the fact they are illegal they are going to be almost impossible to negotiate with, and you can't trust anything they say or do, they are nothing more than criminals. Hi Shazzers,
Thank you so much for all of your advise!! I have sent out letters to all of them and have only heard back from one so far and they have offered to refund me the difference of the principal amount and what I have paid. My question is they want me to sign a Settlement Agreement and fax a copy of my license, have you heard of them doing it this way?
Thanks
