I called court today, regarding the alleged judgement against me, from 2004.
Original file has been destroyed.
Was given name and number of Apline Credit attorney.
Which, after a quick search shows up as:

Machol & Johannes LLC/PC
600 17th St STE 800n
Denver, CO. 80202

Wondering if anyone has had dealings with them.
I'm now planning on sending a letter, for alleged paperwork regarding matter, to be mailed to me immediately.

Since validation from Alpine can't and won't be provided, as I requested recently.
Will be filling out bankruptcy forms shortly, for a potantial consultation.
Still need to see about finding an attorney for FDCPA/FCRA laws, and a potential lawsuit.

Closest one, from NACA is in Grand Junction, CO. About a 5 hour drive from here!

Also found out about another alleged judgement from Arrow Financial, from 2003. That one, I was told, is Fully Satisfied. Meaning they failed to collect, renew etc....before SOL.

So, looks like I've got at least 3 letters I need to create and mail out ASAP.

As always, any help and/or information much appreciated.
Thanks.

First contact from Alpine, was a letter dated Dec 22, 2009. Nothing received prior.
See here, for previous information:

Alpine flat refuses to validate. They said I sent 2 letters requesting validation, and that they send verification. They seemed to have admitted this, in writing. They clearly state they are NOT required to provide the information, and are NOT required to send it.

Contacted the attorney they apparently hired. Found their contact info online, also after a brief search. One contact link does not work. Did send one, stating they had to provide me with ALL information regarding the situation. Since then, I have not heard, or recieved anything.

Gonna send a letter again, CMRRR this time. Plan on letting them know that claim
has never been properly validated. And that I also intend on filing complaints against them with Office of Attorney regulation, as well as CoBar - Colorado Bar Association.

Overall, Alpine has done absolutely NOTHING to prove their claim, they clearly refuse to send the proper validation and more.

Need to find an attorney, for consultation, about possible lawsuit against Alpine.
And maybe attorney office as well.

As I've asked, they claim judgement from 5 years ago.
Why wait that long to contact me??

Sounds, to me, like it's a violation of FDCPA/FCRA laws, since they're apparently still trying to collect an UNVALIDATED claim. Even more so, since I was never notified of anything until recieving letter dated Dec 22 2009.
I figure I have the right to know, and they refuse(d) to validate. And so far, attorney office that's alledgedly handling the matter, was also contacted and to date, they've refused to send me the paperwork I required them to send.
But, that's my opinion only.
