RESTRICTED on caller ID

Can someone who is smarter then me please clarify if it IS in fact ok for a company to use restricted on their caller ID? Cash Call keeps doing this to me but because it shows up restricted I have no way of proving that they call back to back to back (an average of 5 times in a hour)

You will probably need to note the date and time of the calls, then call your phone service provider with the information you have and ask if there is anything you can do besides blocking all private and unknown callers.

The reason I said to disable all blocked calls is this will force the collection agency or law firm to unblock calls in order to talk with you. This will give you proof (via caller id) or call times and who called and is not an attempt to simply ignore them.
