I Am Constantly Worried About Being Sued

NOw I have 3 address posted on my credit report. I checked 2 of my credit reports and they're all posted. I live in one of them. So if I find out that there's a default judgment against me, can I talk to the judge and say that they should have served me in one of these addresses before serving by publication or using an affidavit?
Also, does the fact that I moved out of state back to my parents' house (which is one of the addresses on my credit report) allow them to toll my SOL? How can creditors find out about that?
I'm Scared That I will Get a Default Judgment Against Me
I have moved out of state and since I'm not at the same address and I never left a forwarding one, I'm afraid my creditors will just serve by publication and I'll get a defuault judgment against me. The worst part is all my debts are almost SOL.
The address I'm at now is listed as one of my previous ones on my credit report so it is accessible if creditors want it.
So if I do find that there's a judgment against me, can I claim that they didn't serve me properly? Or does the fact that I moved out of state let them do what they want, or even toll my SOL?
Please help!
I Want To Send Out Notice of SOL
I plan to do them with certified mail too. But here's the thing. I moved away from the state that these debts were incurred. Once the collection agency sees that my address is no longer in the same state, can they try to have my SOL tolled? I don't know what happens in a case when I move out of the state from the original debt.
The reason why I want to send out notice of SOL is because I'm living in an address that's listed on my credit report as a previous address and I dont want these creditors to just claim they can't find me to serve me, use serve by publication and get a default judgment on me.
I've turned my life around but I really need to finish this. Thank you for all your help.

The debt would assume the SOL of the state you're currently residing. If you're worried that the collection agencies would get a default judgement against you, set up a redirect which would send the mails to your new address. This way you wouldn't miss the mails sent to you.

I would not worry about it. Check online for your name in the county clerks website where you used to live, it will tell you if they have filed anything against you. I would check it every week, that way if you find something you would still have time to answer before they could get a default judgment against you.
