Question of dispute with CRA and deletion

I pulled my Experian credit report and noticed some discrepancies on it regarding the OC's report. It was shown as the last payment was in July 2008 and the date of first delinquency was Aug. 2008 and was chaged off in 2/2009 but it then showed a payment in March. My statement to the CRA was if it was charged off in 2/2009, then how is there a payment received on 3/2009?
I also disputed the entry by LVNV Funding as showing up as a Factoring account and the account showing as open with the date of major delinquency first reported as 6/2009.
I received this reply from the credit bureau:
