Cleaning up the mess!!! Have debts want to pay!

Iam recovering from legal issues and while that was going on my money and my bills fell through.
i owe about 25k with 3 credit accounts. Its been about 5 months since i made a payment. And had no contact with the credit/collections people.
i am now making money and have enough to start paying these people back.
i could be debt free in under a year.
with the money im making (motorcycle tech.) i am paying my parents money back for legal fees i had incurred. i will be able to pay my folks back in full in about 4months.
what my problem is i have 2 accounts asking for a $1200 min payment. I do not have 2.4k right now but close to it. Is there a service that can get me on track for a few months till i finish paying my folks back then pay my creditors back in about 4-5 months in full after that.
i do not know what to do but i need these people to stop harassing me, and i dont want to get sued!

Who are these people? Is it a collection agency or the creditor?

IMO you first need to confirm that the amount they are charging is valid. If it is a collection agency, you may need to send a DV letter to them before making any payment arrangement.
