I just spoke with a person at the Dept of Finance and Consumer Affairs for Ohio. She said they do not regulate internet PDL companies. I thought that they had to be licensed in Ohio? Can anyone clear this up?

What she means is they don't regulate them because Internet payday loans are no longer able to become licensed to lend to Ohio residents, this means ALL Internet payday loans are illegal in Ohio.
