Hi, does anyone know about USMAC Law purchasing your home from their investors and you pay back the loan to them?? So it's not a modification, it would be refinancing thru them I guess?? Any and all help is appreciated!!

Thank yo for your reply. I've seen a lot of negativity on this company when it comes to loan modifications. They want to restructure my loan, not modify it. An investor of thiers wants to buy my house at current market value and then I pay them back on the loan. Is this legit??
