Is Nationwide Cash still associated with Ambassador Financial? I see Nationwide Cash has an expired license in New Mexico, but a Nationwide Cash Inc is licensed in Delaware. Did Nationwide cash just ditch New Mexico and move operations in Delaware whey they are legal? The contact number associated with the ACH deposit is 1-866-808-0936. I'm guessing that Nationwide Cash is now in located in Delaware?

There's a big difference between not liking a state's payday loans laws and describing them as "lax." The Delaware Bank Commissioner sends investigators into every licensed lender every year where the spend a week checking loan files to make sure all required disclosures are present and accurate, that fees collected are actually those specified in the contract, etc. And every Delaware-issued license contains the address where the Bank Commissioner performs those onsite investigations. If the Delaware Bank Commissioner gave you a Delaware address for a lender, then you can be pretty certain the lender is in Delaware.

What does this have to do with the statement I made about lax payday loan laws in DE?

I'm not arguing with you, that isn't why I am here, I answered the OP to the best of my ability, I was only trying to understand the purpose for your post. I could have went into a long explanation of what I meant by lax but the OP seemed to pick up my meaning rather quickly, on the other hand you stepped in and felt there was a need to post a book of how DE operates, which by the way doesn't apply to Internet payday lenders.
