While I applaud those who have demanded and/or received refunds from illegal lenders, my goal is to payoff all of my loans over several months. Knowing which of the lenders are actually legal in Indiana will help me deal with the inevitable phone calls - - if anyone has mailing/e-mail addresses for these lenders, I would greatly appreciate it!
If I start adding up the amount of money I paid in interest alone...*head exploding*

Sonic Payday (!)
After reading through several hundred posts dealing with Sonic Payday, I have a couple of questions for anyone who has dealt with them: first, has anyone ever nailed down a physical address for them, and/or did they accept a faxed revocation of wage assignment? Secondly, did anyone have success working out a payment plan with Sonic? Finally, if anyone is using a debt consolidation plan, did Sonic go along with your company's proposal? The more I read about Sonic Payday...let's just say this will be one big lesson learned! Thanks for any help!
