HELP!!!! First Bank of Deleware and PayDay One
Date: Mon, 02/01/2010 - 09:58
Hi, I live in Minnesota. I took out these 2 loans last February; they were both re-loans. Anyways, I defaulted, lost my job and didn't make any payments and just ignored their calls. Well, I got an email from both of them saying they would settle my accounts for 60% of balance and to call them and they would work with me.
Both EXTREMELY friendly ladies I talked to and paid the settlement on Payday 1 on Friday (which has already be debited from my check card) then today I arranged 2 payments to pay off First Bank of Deleware. I gave them my check card because last year I was advised they were legal in my state and I thought they can't take more than what I authorized as a legal company. Plus, Payday 1 told me that they don't save the whole card number once they enter it in the system.
Was this bad to do this, have either of these PDL's taken money from others accounts or gave your info to other PDL's? I am just nervous now after the fact that I already did it.

You may keep a check on your account so that they can't debit more than the amount you have authorised them to withdraw. Anyway, you can search both the creditors in the site to learn more about their modus operandi.
