Has anyone used Guardian Services? I heard an ad on the radio and called to find out about their program. I've called other companies who charge a fee based on your total amount of debt which I did not like since all fees are collected within 12 months. Guardian services charge their fees after an account is settled. Why is it that most companies charge all of their fees upfront and this one only charges you after an account is settled?

I'm sure they are not the only one. There are many other honest settlement companies that would charge you only after settling your debt. You would need to search more to find one.
Now regarding the companies that charge their fees upfront, we normally advise our members to stay clear of them. In most cases they are scams.
