anyone deal w/Integrity Advance?

Integrity sent me a response today, saying they'll release me from the remaining $520 I still "owe" them. I took out a $500 loan and have already paid $1135 back. Technically, they owe me a refund of $635. Should I fight for a refund or just accept their offer to release me from the loan?
They emailed me a confidentiality agreement and mutual release form, asking me to sign it and mail it back. I'm not sure what to do.
Can anyone share their experiences w/ this company? I did a search, but it was hard to find info on experiences from people who had already sent them their C&D letters and what they did from here.
Thanks in advance...

This is a choice you have to make. It really comes down to do you want to fight with them for the refund. I have 2 companies that I over paid and I am asking for a refund, but the first time they offer me a PIF I am going to take it just to get rid of them. But thats just me. Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

I would remind them that they are illegal in NJ and that you want what you overpaid. Maybe you can negotiate by allowing them the amount NJ stipulates as a legal rate and tell them to send the difference.
I wrote the following to one of my pdls and never heard back from them.
"I am attaching information from the CFA website regarding the illegal status of payday loans in New Jersey. Also take note that that according to N.J. state statute no one can lend money in NJ without a license/registration. Integrity Advance does not have a license to lend money in New Jersey. Also, according to statute anyone lending money is governed by the law of the state of the recipient, NOT the lender."

You can threaten to notify the New Jersey Dept. of Banking and file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) about their illegal activities in New Jersey. Then make your request for reimbursement.

I have been dealing with them trying to rid myself of them. I borrowed $500 from them and have paid them back $475. I have already stopped the ACH withdrawals and closed my account. I have advised them that I am more than happy to send them the remaining $25 that I owe and was advised by them to send them $650 to settle the account.
They must have good drugs in Delaware because that isn't happening.

I have read here on this board that one of the members got a refund from Integrity Advance. So please push them and try to get yours!
I know you just wanna get over with all this but that's how I felt and now I feel very stupid for not demanding the 635$ that they owed me.
Good luck!
