I received a e-mail form them, see below:
Just a friendly reminder that it's been almost 90 days since you last updated your account information. If you've changed anything such as your e-mail address, phone number, home address, employer, bank account, etc., please call our toll-free Customer Service line at 1-800-446-8482.

It does not allow me to respond to this email and I get all my mail back returned no such address, emails are returned too. I can not get ahold of this company for nothing. I have reported the to all. Any suggestions at this point will be great. I have a file full of returned letters since I send them 1 every week or so. Seems that they are hiding pretty good. I do not want to call them at all. I just want my account PIF since I over paid.

i would discard it,and send them another e-mail demanding your PIF.that is their way of trying to get your new info nothing more.
