Help With Credit Card Debt and Negative Checking

Hi guys and gals, I am very scared right now. I have no job and in deep financial hardship. I have -$390 on my wells fargo checking and have 3 maxed out credit cards.
I have a Wells Fargo Credit Card I am overlimit and owe $7,300
I have a Citibank Credit Card and overlimit and owe $4,050
and finally I have a discover card and owe $2,300 and im also overlimit.
The fees are piling up, any help!
