My SO is recieving calls from Brennan & Clark. They claim to be atty and threaten to file a legal action over a 250$ debt. I also noticed they are out of IL. and we are in TX. If there is anyone with any info on these ppl...I would appreciate the info!

well in texas a collector must be licensed,and if they are attorney's they must be bonded to collect in texas.the limited bit i was able to find was that this is a scam.will try to find an address to send an FOAD letter.
