Easy-$460.00 for a $300.00 loan
JellyRoll -$570.00 for a $300.00 loan
I had to close my account because I could not handle the NSF fees...so what can I do???
I tried to email each and set up payment arrangements and Cash Central, Cashnet, StarCash and JellyRoll all responded. I want to do the right thing and pay the debt back but I can't pay each one back $100.00 to $150.00 each. So I am going to make efforts to pay back the loans but not what they are asking for...will I get in trouble for that???

CashNetUSA is operating as a CSO in Texas (Credit Service Organization), therefore the payday lender laws do not apply to them.
Basically, a CSO or Credit Services Organization is defined by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act in (Section 393 of the Texas Finance Code).

CashNetUSA is legal, they are operating as a CSO in TX. If you put their names in and nothing came up it means they are NOT licensed. I believe that CashCentral is licensed also but the system is down right now and I can't check the licensee data base so you might want to double chaeck on that one. None of your others are legal lenders.
