I have 7 loans, all internet loans:
Ameriloan - 400
loanshoponline - 400 pd 860
us fast cash - 300 pd 90
insatant loans noe - 300 pd 90
up front payday - 200 pd 60
zip19 - 515
insatant cash usa - 400 pd 240
I live in KY, where pdl are illegal. according to the DFI these loans are void and null, and they are uncollectable. What should I do about these loans? I am lost at this point because I am out of money right now. I have paid loans off with ameiloan and us fast cash, both well over 3 times the amount I borrowed.
