I've been trying to look up the companies I currently owe money to on the Florida Office of Financial Regulation with no luck. I'm not even sure I'm looking under the right sections. :( Does anyone know if the following companies are licensed in the state of FL:
US Fast Cash
mycashnow
little loan shop
check n go online
fbd loans (first bank of delaware)
Any help would be appreciated so I know how to proceed. I've paid back most if not over the amount of all original amounts and I'm trying to see if I'm still obligated for more.

check n go online
fbd loans (first bank of delaware)
The two above are licensed lenders, the rest of yours aren't. Check n go offers an EPP (extended payment plan), but you have to request it BEFORE you default, you need to ask for it at least one day before your next payment is due. How it works is you will pay it off in four separate payments, and the interest and fees will stop as soon as you sign up for it. Check n go is notorious for saying they don't offer the EPP, but don't let them tell you that, I think it's just because some employees aren't informed about it, so you may have to teach them (lol) what an EPP is and WHY they are required to offer it. Tell them this:

They are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America link below:
http://www.cfsa.com

Because they are members, they are required to offer the EPP, read number 11 at the link below:
http://www.cfsa.com

Also direct them to the site with the links I gave you, tell them if they refuse to abide by the rules of the CFSA you will be forced to file a complaint against them with the CFSA, see link below:

Sorry I wasn't under my account before. All of my loans are internet and not store-front. As of right now I'm at:
US Fast Cash - Borrowed $150 and paid $210.
Little Loan Shoppe - Borrowed $300 and paid $420.
mycashnow - Borrowed $300 and paid $448.83.
FBD loans - Borrowed $500 and paid 180.
Check n Go online - Borrowed $500 and scheduled to pay back $590 on Thursday.

I'm going to have to close my account to make any type of headway because they just keep trying to draft my account when I've told them I have no money and I start every payday off already in the negative hundreds because of NSF fees. First Bank of Deleware is actually the worst with this problem.

as shazzers stated FBD and check n go are legal, and you will have to work out arrangements.check n go will do the EPP.the illegal loans you have overpaid and owe nothing more.shazzers last post had a great link.click it to find out how to deal with those illegal lenders.
