I know I have asked before...about the companies that are listed below are they legal in Texas??? I just want to make sure...I am preparing my letters now...I have already closed my bank account...
They are Star Cash, CMG, Jelly Roll, Loan Point, Easy CashOnline (CAmosun), CashnetUsa, and CashCentral

1. I have paid Star Cash $245.00 original loan amount $350.00...they are still asking for 3 payments of $105.00.

2. I have paid CMG $180.00 original loan amount $300.00...they are not responding to email they keep telling me to read my online contract.

3. I have paid Loan Point USA $374.00 original loan amount $600.00...they have not responded at all as far as setting payment arrangements up.

4.Cash Central--In the process of setting up payment arrangements---pd. $202.62---originl loan amt $400.00

5. Cashnet USA--- pd. $301.17---I have set up payment arrangements 3 payments of $100.00/ $223.36/$223.36 the lady said she couldn't go no further than one month...original loan $530.00

6.JellyRoll---pd. $90.00--- original loan amnt $300.00 and they are asking for$570.00 and want me to pay in three EASY installments of $190.00

7. Easy Cash Online USA---pd.$230.00----original loan amnt $300.00 and they are asking for $460.00 in one payment. Just received a call and a guy name Travis asked me was I ready to tell him how I was going to pay and I asked him were they registered in Texas and he said no we are an internet pdl and we don't have to be registered and I told him I was going to pay him the rest of the principal minuis fees and that's it and I hung up...
I need clarity I am totally elated with the information you all have provided...Thanks sooooo Much!!!!!:D

Can you let me know what I have to pay according to Texas Laws and if any of these Online pdl's are illegal...

Cashnet USA is a CSO and usually perfectly legal in what they charge, they don't have to follow the payday loan laws because they are registered as a Credit Service Organization, unfortunately the fees and interest they charge aren't regulated.

Cash Central is licensed in TX, so they are legal, ask if they offer an EPP (extended payment plan), I think they do.

None of the rest of your lenders are legal. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
