confussed, need advice

I have been contacted by up front payday and instant loans now(I think it's the same company - I might be wrong). I asked for a address from both companies, they both denied me. I then asked for an email of what I really owe them and what I've paid them, once again denied. I live in KY, so I know they are both illegal. What should I do in this circumstance? Thanks for any help, this site is a life saver.

If you have already sent them a letter to advise them they are not legal in your state then I wouldn't accept any more phone calls from them. The more you argue with them, the more they will call. Hang up immediately when you discover it's them calling. They will tire sooner of talking to thin air then someone to argue with.

Thanks for the help, I will send them the letter about them being illegal in my state. I have informed them of this on the phone and also told them i have contacted the DFI about there companies. I just get the same old BS, You signed the contracts agreeing to our terms so it really doesn't matter. You agreed to pay us by ach so we don't give out our address.
