Citi card debt

I have a citi card with 2900 in debt, my payments are about 100 a month, but my apr is almost 29 percent! I did the math and only about 20 dollars our of every payment is going to the balance. How can I settle this?
Pay more than the minimum each month and get the card paid off.
Pay more than the minimum each month and get the card paid off. Or call and ask them to lower the APR ...say otherwize you will transfer the balance to another card.
