First Credit Services...Accounts Receivable Technologies

I did not have a problem with them, they took over my account from Ellis Crosby, they broke up my payments into 2 payments and went through my debit card and I am now paid off... they were nice and never offensive.....

Can anyone over here give me their address, I need to send them cease comm letter. Anyway, thanks in advance.

Accounts receivable technologies are the ones that are refusing to give the address to a payday lender. They stated to pay them the money. THere is no way in hell I am paying a collection agency. I will pay the orginal creditor. I will somehow find the address to Debt Doctor/BMG group. I has to be out there somewhere.

...by law they have to give you the name and address of the original creditor, if you request it in writing.

I suggest you send them a certified letter requesting the information and demanding they cease and desist.

If they continue to dunn you (attempt to collect the debt) after they sign the certified letter, you can sue for harrassment.

I did some research, but could not find any company BMG Group. Got this info from BBB. Mom of twins, is this the company you are looking for?
