Payday-Loan-Yes(Fast Cash)

I just recently received an email from payday-loan-yes which I'm pretty sure is the $300 loan I took out with Fast Cash. Their phone # is 800-550-6051. The question I have is are they licensed anywhere? I live in PA I know that in PA that if a Loan Company is licensed in another state then you have to go by that state's laws, otherwise it's an illegal lender. They were willing to work out a payment plan. I'm asking because the email stated that I needed to pay back $540.00 but if they are not licensed anywhere then I only owe the principle. I don't want to pay back more than I really owe or end up not being able to get a PIF letter.
Also I have paid back zero on the loan so I do owe them I just want to pay what I owe and not get duped into paying hundreds extra.
Anybody know if they are licensed in some other state? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

actually since last march pdl's are totally prohibited.now neither of the places you bought up are licensed anywhere, therefore you only owe the principle.btw both places are bottomfeeders that won't give you much in writing, except threats and offers to payoff.how much was borrowed and how much was debited.know this since they are illegal anything debited including fees goes toward the loan. example, you borrowed 350.00.they debited three times 115.00.you only owe a whole 5.00 to this place.nothing more.

Thanks Paul,
I'm glad I asked beforehand. I'm glad I didn't pay them anything yet. I had it set up where I was going to give $180 every 2 weeks witha prepaid debit card which means that I would have over paid them by $240.00. Now I'll I just pay them the $300.00. I'm sure when I right them back explaining this they will be thrilled but who cares.
Thanks again Paul

I just wanted to give an update to this issue. The person I've been emailing at Fast Cash told me I was dead wrong when I explained to him that PDLs were illegal in the state of PA.
Here's what he wrote me:
"Don't know as to where you got your information from sir but that's not true....they ARE legal in the stste of Pa...or is this some type of way to get out of your payment arrangement...why would we give you a loan and it's not leagal in your state....That's a good way to lose our buisness over $350.........'NOT" !!!"
It states that were not allowed to charge a certain percentage in the state of Pa....or any other state for that matter"

I found it funny because orginally they wanted $590 and then $455 but then agreed to accepting just the principle of $300. Why would they accept so much less if it was legal for them to ask for $455 or more.

typical illegal pdl humanoid speak.paydayloan yes and fast cash are illegal everywhere.ignore their stupidity.i would however file an AG complaint against this bottomfeeder.also an FTC complaint.that email is as unproffesional as it gets.
