the BBB is NOT a good resource to judge a company, the BBB is like the mafia you cant do anything to them, when you log onto the BBB site they only have a section to fill out negative info on a company or better yet to file a complaint. there is no section for good feedback.
i worked for a settlement company many years that actually really cared and helped people on getting out of debt, we have had complaints from " so and so saved us too mouch money and we felt we should have paid the creditors more" seriously, one complaint is the lady like d to be called by her nic name and with all her paperwork people accidently with many departments sometimes called her by her real name, she filed a complaint. the BBB within over 7 years with 20 or less complaints gave us a F rating, for a company that really cared.
meanwhile you have certain companies that have been open 2 years with 200+ complaints that have an A rating ??????
im also a christian, from what i have heard, these christian claimed companies arent the most honest people either, its just wrong in my eyes , everyone is trying to make a quick buck and not help each other
people need to find an HONSET place for debt help, i would love to advertise my soon to be business but its not up and running yet, plus i think this site would take my plug and switch it with this sites plug, who knows maybe someday i can get in good with the admins here and this sites to plug a REAL honest company to get people out of debt
