I have over 20K in online gambling debt, all via credit card transactions. I live in CA and now I find out that it has been illegal for credit cards to have allowed for these transactions to go through in the first place. Can i fight this? I have heard of people doing chargebacks but some of my debt goes further than 6 months. Can the CC companies be held liable?

i dont know if they can be held liable or not, however i hope you are taking responsiblity for your actions in this so you will not be in this position again. i believe in gamblers anoynmous one of the things you have to do is take responsibility for yourself and your actions and hope you do so and get well

Charge it back!
Charge it back!!
Charge it back!!!

I would go back one or two months but you will get your money back!

Online gaming transactions cheat the credit card companies and they work with you

simply state you do not recognize the charges as you have never done business with "websupportXXX.com"
