this is a bottomfeeder that collects for illegal pdl's.your state laws overide any contract you may have signed.especially since pdl's are illegal in KY.tell ARM you will see what your AG thinks of this.again illegal loan that isn't worth the paper it's printed on.your state laws prevail.file AG,and FTC complaints, and try not to speak to these idiots.they are wrong, but try to convince you they are right.it's not worth your time.

What should I say to them when they call me again? I feel like saying quite calling and I'll see you in court when you take me there. I just get a short temper when I talk to these guys. They try to make you feel like an idiot and don't know what your talking about. I told them today "so I guess you know more about laws then my state and federal government. Of course he said your contract is under federal laws and is legal in KY. Thanks for your help and this site, it's a mind saver

honestly, they are illegal and could not possibly take you to court. like paul said, just try to avoid them. do not speak to them they will not agree with you and it is not worth your time. if you owe them anything (all you need to pay back is what you borrowed), send them a letter with your state laws demanding for a physical address to send money orders to.

if you get stuck speaking with the mope.ask him for a license# the law both state and federal require a license.see how they react.that is only if you get stuck talking to the illegal idiot.otherwise try not to engage.it's not worth your time.
