disappointed with equifax report

Disappointed. very disappointed. They verified that the Dell accounts, belong to us. okay--I knew this but explained the situation to them about CAs not responding to validation request and then Dell not talking to us, all they came back saying is that they're ours. Also the same with the wells fargo account that I have had major problems with. They said its ours. well, no dispute about it being ours, but we were hoping after explaining that CA isn't talking and neither is Wells Fargo that maybe their investigation would surface something.
They did take off ONE duplicate account. I had wrote here in the forum about there being two of the same accounts on his report, they took one off.
BUT, they didn't correct things that were VERY CLEAR that needed to be corrected that I pointed out to them. They still have two accounts on husbands report that are MINE only, they're not joint. so they didn't even address those as I asked. I asked for them to be removed.
Then, as I wrote in the forum before, someone at the address across the street from our house, tried getting credit using my husbands SSN but under an ALIAS name. THey have my husband as listed as...AKA blah blah blah. never heard of this person!! but the address is the address across the street from us not even our address. The address across the street is my husbands brother and his sister before she died. I am really upset about this. Theres nothing on his report that isn't his, other than MINE, but nothing that those people across the street got under my husbands name.
Now, whats my next move??? Shirley

It was my impression that if you dispute if through it through the credit report (Equifax), that they would in turn do a dispute notice that would go out to the company. The company then has 30 days as well. I've gotten a few items deleted from my report that way.

Verbal conversation cannot prove things legally. There is a total contradiction between what you are saying and what CRA is reporting. CRA has not removed the items even after you have placed a request that is authentic. So, your next move is to file charges against this CRA. But, you can only do it if you have papers to prove that the information reported in your file is incorrect and negatively hurting your file.
In any situation, if you aren't satisfied with the items that the CRA has reported and you have reasons in paper to prove them wrong, consult your lawyer that specializes in this field. Remember, you have the federal rights to sue even a CRA for reporting negative information in CR after shown proof. This causes defamation and willful financial injury as per FCRA Section 623 and can be sued up to the extent of the damages caused.
