Debt Settlement Company

has anyone used or have any info on a debt settlement company called "Debt Free League" HQs in San Diego, and ofcs in Texas and Florida. I found them on the Net and am considering using a settlement company vs DIY. Their add says they charge a monthly fee of $39 and 10% of the enrolled debt; which sounds better than others I have read about. I did a search on this company on this forum, but nothing came up. Thanks.


i could totally be wrong but by reading what you have typed this might be a place where they enroll you but farm out to other settlement companies, with this type of establishment they usually charge all the fees within the first 12 months, meaning you willl miss the best times to settle because they are taking your money, i could totally be wrong but in this industry i always expect the worst

Well, I have found them in BBB and they are given a D- rating. Check out the following link.

You can ask your friends and family to refer you to a good consolidation company. I have found that it's the best way to get an authentic settlement firm.

Im sure youve seen some of my current posts while im currently opening my new business.

The question I have to ask is, why are you guys always dropping the BBB on all of this, the BBB is not an accurate place to judge a company anymore and especially the debt settlement industry.

infact the BBB only has a section to fill out negative info, nothing good can be filled out. the BBB is like a italian thug site that no company can go against or they will be screwed.

I am also aware that you guys are a part of it. but please people in need of help cant depend on what the BBB has to say anymore, its an unjustified website that has inaccurate sources of info.
