Cash advance now has gotten spartan legal services to threaten me and mine with a law suit and is armed with an electronically signed check they say they can go to court with this and sue me for issuing a bad check,stop my checking writing ability and charge me with court fees and legal fees, I live in Maryland and this was all done electronically and this loan was taken out at least a year ago.
