Debt Compromise (similar to Debt Settlement)

Has anyone worked with Doug Johnson who runs the relieveyourdebt.com website, and also newdebtrules.com/memberhome?
I contact him regarding a Chase Visa credit card debt which I have run up to almost $20k. He wants to refer me to a company that offers a service similar to Debt Settlement, only he calls it Debt Compromise. I guess the only real difference is that all of the fees are charged at the end, and are based on a percentage of the savings. So, I only pay if I save.

After looking at that web site, I would say it is just debt settlement by another name. They are doing what all the other debt settlement companies do and charge you a fee.
Do it yourself and save.
