I sent letters to a few companies stating their loans were illegal. Some have responded. I am worried about those who did not. What is the next step to see what they are doing?
Any advise would be appreciated.
My main concern is zip 19 and Instant Cash USA. Neither have responded.
Thank you.

I wouldn't worry. You may receive some communication later, either by phone or e-mail. I received numerous e-mails from East Side Lenders (they ignored my letter and subsequent e-mails). They finally turned it over to collection and I went head to head with them. Once I asked for validation, sent them copy of my internet complaint for fraudulant transactions, I never heard from them again.

I too, didn't hear from one of my companies, and that was last July.
