Is Payday-loan-yes legal in the US. They also go by Global payday loan and cashnet500.com and e-payday-loan.com. They will not give me a physial address so I can send them a money order. They put money in my account that I did not ask for, and I have proof. I know Utah Dept. Of Financial Institutions says they have been looking for them for 5 years and that they are a scam. From North Carolina. Already contacted the NC Attorney General.
