since we live in a two party state.you will need permission to record.that is illegal as an internet pdl is most likely illegal.file police reports and AG complaints against them.who is the bottomfeeder that threatened that?

I realize the whole phone recording deal in IL, but thanks for the heads up.
Nationwide Cash.com out of Delaware (they have a license in DE). They claim that only DE law applies to them, yet do not conduct business in several states that have issued C & Ds. I am seeking IL to issue one as well, as they are illegal in IL.
Mr. Schofield said he would come to my place of employment if he had to. Nationwide Cash seemed very eager to settle for only the principal of $300, without fees or interest. I asked if Mr.Schofield was still willing to come to my workplace so I could pay him in person, but the company replied he will not be coming. Somehow this threat sounds illegal, but I'm not sure.

of course it's an illegal threat.nationwide is illegal here, and he can't do squat.file the complaints, and just know that everything that comes out of their rattletraps is a lie and illegal.
