Impact on my credit

I have a question about credit scores when you get married. First, I have made a huge amount of progress on my personal debt. A few years ago I owed $117,000. $90,000 of that was student loan debt, and $27,000 was credit card debt at 24% interest. Today I have a student loan debt of $50,000 and zero credit card debt! I had to take a job working here in the Middle East to make this happen but I have done it. At my current rate of repayment I will be completely debt-free by December 2011. So yeah me!
My question is this: Recently I got married to a non-US citizen (she's from Ethiopia, to be exact). She has never been to the USA, and has zero debt in the USA or anywhere else in the world for that matter. When I eventually get through all of the paperwork to get her to the USA, what effect will it have on my credit score to show marriage to someone who doesn't even appear on the pervasive US debt-history radar?

I don't think it would matter for that reason. Where are you

Where are you going to stay in USA? Different states have different rules in treating a couple's property and that may make her reponsible for some of your debts that you may acquire after marriage.
