I was married in 2005 and bought a car with him in that year. We separated thereafter, and the car was repossesd. It has been 4 years since the repossession. No one has contacted me trying to collect, but it is on my credit. What can I do? What's the lowest they can settle the account for?

who's name was on the car loan?or were both of you on the loan.that would make a difference.
