Hello-I have a problem-I have 7 outstanding payday loans with the following companies:

Advance America-borrowed 255-paid 100 back so far
CashNet USA-borrowed 255-0 paid back
500FastCash-borrowed 150-0 paid back
United Cash Loans-borrowed 150-0 paid back
Money Mart-borrowed 255-0 paid back
NorStar Cash-borrowed 300-paid back 90
Check Into Cash (online)-borrowed 255-0 paid back

Some of these loans are over a year old (yeah I know).....and I had just seen a debt consolidation company here and was getting ready to start making payments but then got fired from my job. It was an unlawful termination however, to go through the appeals process because they are denying my unemployment is going to take months. Sooo.....I have zero income. I'm currently actively looking for a job, but I was just wondering what exactly I should do? Money Mart has called and harassed me already, and I'm worried that they are going to take me to court or something. Can someone give me some sort of direction? It would be much appreciated!!!

Hi there, the link below contains names of payday lenders who are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), if any of your store front lenders are listed it means you are eligible for the EPP (extended payment plan).

Read about the EPP at the link below, look at number 11:

The link below contains your payday loan laws:

The link below contains the licensee data base for payday loans, if none of your Internet lenders are listed in that data base, it means they aren't licensed to lend in your state:
