That's just how they do it. I think it's in case you stop paying. Once you've made the final payment, they'll send you a letter stating the account was settled in full.
they probably just bill the full amount that is shown on the acc

all the above is true, pay close attention to make sure the payment went through.
i also advise to call before your payment is due to make sure they dont screw it up, always be one step ahead of your creditors and especially when it comes to settlements
