How to prepare yourself before filing bankruptcy
Date: Wed, 02/24/2010 - 02:51
I have piled up almost $65 in cc debt which I no longer can pay. I'm still current on my cards but considering filing bankruptcy to get rid of it once and for all. What do I have to do before I file bk? Would I have to stop paying on these cards? Can I continue using them even if I don't pay?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
