If you are getting calls from another company called NCP then chances are Weinstein no longer has the account and it has probably been sold to this NCP company. Your best bet to get it resolved is to contact NCP and try and work out something because either it sounds like the account was given back to summit and they placed it with NCP or NCP bought your debt. If this is the case there is nothing Weinstein can do for you because they would no longer have the account. So try and make arrangements with NCP but from what your saying this NCP place said to you earlier today.....it sounds like they are probably going to be hard to work with. I would probably first contact this NCP place and get them to send you that validation letter. Even if weinstein sent you a validation letter already it doesnt matter because now this NCP company has the account so I would again definitely get them to send you something in writing before you do anything

NCP told me today that they were just hired to Locate me. She said that she was coming to "Process" me at my place of employment. I asked them for an arrangment and they told me that the only thing that they could do, was to pay them 783 dollars by 1:30 today.. She said that they were processing me for internet Fraud...

Ncp is obviously an agency that has your account now that is trying to threaten you. Unfortunately since they own or have your debt now you are going to have to deal with them but you don't have to let them treat you like that. What they are telling you is crazy. Even if a creditor or agency does file suit that is not how it happens and it is not for internet bank fraud. If anything they would try and get a judgement but from the way this ncp company sounds I doubt they are going to do anything.

Plus if they were just hired to locate you......they wouldn't be asking you for money! If a creditor is going to try and sue you and have an attroney involved that attorney has more than enough tools to locate you. There wouldn't be some company calling you to locate you and when they did ask you to pay.

right on ryan.this is a scam.summit, icollect, and NCP are illegal bottomfeeders.they broke the law by threatening.file a police report for the threat.file AG,and FTC complaints against summit, icollect, and ncp.i wouldn't pay them without somethng in writing.chances are being they are a criminal bottomfeeder you won't get it.once you file the report, and complaints ignore them.they deserve nothing.

NCP, ICollect, Summit.....not legally doing business and do not have a license on file anywhere. Police report, AG notification and complaint, BBB complaint and FTC complaint then ignore them.
