how do I get a charge back, that I paid in full from gemb/jcp off my credit report ?

report it to the bureau(s) and show proof of payment. this will reduce it to paid. If it is showing as a paid chargeback then it will stay on your record for the required years. You can however, negotiate with the company to remove the chargeback and they may or may not do so.
