Some are paid off. How do I get refunds from those lenders? Have you heard if they give refunds if you have paid them off already?
Any advice?

These are the ones that are paid off.
SpeedyCash - online not storefront
overpaid - 274.74
PDL Now
overpaid - 228
M1Y marketing
overpaid - 640
Payday-loan-yes.com
overpaid - 380
My advice is to push push push them, file complaints with the FT
My advice is to push push push them, file complaints with the FTC, BBB and your AG, let these lenders know you have filed complaints, quote your payday loan laws to them, stand your ground, don't give up and demand refunds. Whether you will or not is hard to know but there have been some successful stories.
