Hello All,
I have about 9k debt with American express, they kept calling to get payment. I said stuck to my story. I am about 60 days past due, they finally offered me 75% they say this the lowest they will settle. They also told me that the account is at the stage to be closed and my account may go to Attorney or the collection agency.
