Questions about Debt Settlement

I'm thinking about using a company called Prestiege Financial Solutions to settle my debt. I feel pretty confident in using them but I'm worried about being sued. Do creditors still come after you and try and sue, attack your wages, etc, etc even though you are trying to settle your debt? But if your settlement company does their job properly, you must be alright.
