Anyone know the latest on the FTC pending regulations as far as current status, or when changes or rules will actullay take place? Thanks!

The bill is still under consideration. Most attorneys and companies following this legislation feel as though the regulations will not be in place for another year. Mid 2011. In the mean time companies like the ones advertising 70% debt reductions below, are hurting the industry and risking legal action from Attorney Generals.
