Small Claims for Payday loan

I live in Ohio. I go to file my backruptcy on 03/15/10. I received a certified letter in the mail today for me to go to small claims court for a pay day loan. This company has harrased me and came up to my job. My attorney contacted them while back and let them know i am filing bankruptcy. I have a court date for 03/24/10. Since i will have filed on 03/15/10, will they still be able to get money from me?

don't know why they did that when you file the court date is gone because of the stay.weird.i wouldn't worry about it.if they try to call and harrass then have your attorney deal with them,but the court date is after you file.totally pointless by them to file a suite that will be void by the stay.
