Many collection agencies will not accept "proof of delivery" (certified) mail. They fear a Cease and Desist letter. How does one get around this?
Priority mail has proof of delivery too, although not with a sig
Priority mail has proof of delivery too, although not with a signature. If would probably hold up in court especially if a certified letter had been returned.
